If the color of my pee determines my mood, we have a problem. 💀
This morning, I felt weirdly happy because my pee was a “sunny shade of joy.” ☀️
It’s been a tough week. I was grasping for something to feel gratitude for and this is what popped in my head.
And that got me thinking…
If something this random can shift my mood, what does that say about my perspective?
How much of my frustration is just a perception issue?
As a creator, solopreneur, or business owner, you’ve probably felt this before.
Some days, you’re on fire—content flows, clients say yes, and you feel unstoppable.
Other days, engagement tanks, ideas feel stale, and you wonder why you even started.
The real problem? We let small things—good or bad—dictate how we feel about our work.

But then I had a realization:

If something tiny (like pee color) can change my mood, imagine what intentional small wins can do.
- A comment on your post? Proof that your words resonate.
- One sale? Proof that your offer is valuable.
- A new idea? Proof that you’re growing.
Small wins are momentum. Celebrate them.
2. Reset the Pattern: Your Brain Believes What You Tell It
Ever noticed how one bad day makes you feel like everything is failing?
Reframe it:
- Instead of “I’m stuck,” try “I’m figuring this out.”
- Instead of “Nobody cares about my content,” try “The right people are starting to find me.”
Your brain follows your lead. Feed it the right narrative.
3. Redefine Success: Your Perspective Is Your Advantage
The most successful creators aren’t the ones who never struggle.
They’re the ones who keep going despite it.
If you can learn to laugh, reset, and keep creating, you’ll outlast the ones who quit.
“But what if I still feel stuck?”
✅ Action creates clarity. Focus on one small win today and build from there.
“I’ve tried this before, but I fall back into negativity.”
✅ That’s normal. The goal isn’t perfect reframing—it’s catching yourself faster.
